1. Agreement

By using eFit Connect (the website and related apps), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure
• You must be old enough to use fitness and social features in your region
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, spam, or harm other members
• Post illegal, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Share others' private data without permission
• Cheat challenges or falsify health data for unfair rewards

4. Health disclaimer

eFit Connect is for motivation and tracking. It is not medical advice. Consult a professional before starting new exercise programs, especially if you have health conditions.

5. Content you create

You keep ownership of posts, messages, and media you upload. You grant us a license to host and display that content so the service can work (feed, challenges, profiles). You can delete your own posts anytime.

6. Challenges & badges

Official challenges may be reviewed by admins. Friend duels are between participants. Badges and wins may be displayed on your profile when you choose to pin them.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms & Conditions. Important updates may also appear in-app.
